George Hoffman, Founder and Director of Silver Dragon Tai Chi & Qi Gong, LLC has been offering classes at Spirit Matters since early 2008. George has 11 years of teaching experience and more than 18 years of study in the Chinese arts of Tai Chi and Qi Gong. He has successfully developed and continues to deliver classes in both arts for a number of organizations including municipal recreation departments, corporate fitness centers and health-focused healing centers. His goal is to give students the tools with which to reap the ongoing health and self-healing benefits associated with Tai Chi and Qi Gong by offering group classes and individual instruction at a variety of locations. His strengths in teaching and coaching facilitate students’ ability to learn these health-enhancing exercises rapidly and with confidence. LAUREN MAS, RMT, IARP
Lauren Mas , of Morning Sun Reiki, offers Reiki for both people and animals as a step toward healing the individual and thus, a step towards healing our precious planet. Sessions with people include soothing music and therapeutic aromas. Reiki creates a sense a deep relaxation where healing can take place. Reiki is extremely gentle, yet can yield powerful results. Following sessions with Lauren, clients have reported a reduction or ceasing of pain, more restful sleep, reduced anxiety and other positive effects during and after a Reiki treatment. Dr. Marian Vitali DC, BS, BFA, offers individual wellness coaching, energy healing, and shamanic services to clients at Spirit Matters by appointment. She has devoted 30 professional years to providing therapeutic wellness services. This has included chiropractic, massage therapy, polarity energy healing, acupuncture, yoga, holistic health education, mindfulness stress reduction, empowerment training, and indigenous energy medicine. Marian has experience and training in several shamanic traditions and completion of numerous extended and advanced programs with world renowned contemporary shamans. This includes the earth-rich Andean shamanic traditions with Jose Luis Herrera of Rainbow Jaguar Traditions, Alberto Villoldo and the Fours Winds Society, John Perkins of Dream Change; and training in the journeying wisdom of core shamanism with Michael Harner, Sandra Ingerman, and other teachers from the Foundation of Shamanic Studies.
