to release stress, and feel " la Joie de vivre." Laughter beside

physical. It stimulates a mild to moderate cardiovascular workout.
It produces endorphins, which counteracts the production of stress
hormones. It appears to optimize the immune system. It reduces
self-consciousness and boosts self-confidence. It relaxes muscles
and helps fight chronic pain associated with muscle tensions.
This playshop includes deep breathing, stretching, laughtercises
and relaxation. It does not involve a traditional humor or comedy.
We laugh for no reason, just for pleasure to have fun and feel

Corps Vietnam combat veteran is offering a talking/sharing/healing
circle based on the work of Lewis Mehl-Madrona, MD, PhD of Cherokee
and Lakota Heritage (www.mehl-madrona.com). Ray especially encourages
the participation of veterans as well as community members who might
be drawn to traditional group work in which healing occurs when
the health of body, mind, spirit and community is addressed and integrated.
We will explore various healing tools such as deep listening,
active imagination, dream work, art, storytelling, music and
